Bar in the Countryside
This was a fairly small bar but we were serving lager, cider and beer on tap, alcoholic and soft bottled drinks and spirits.
For most crowded events, we always recommend plastic drinkware. However, this is especially important for countryside-based events where broken or discarded glassware can be a hazard to animals and land users, but also poses a serious fire risk, particularly in the summer months. However, even in winter, broken glass will just sit there and can pose risks in the future.
We cater for many outdoor events, including cross country horse riding, steam and car rallies, and county shows.
Often these events can feel in the middle of nowhere but we can provide our own power, where needed, and transport all the gear to set up a bar pretty much anywhere.
This event in Sutton Benger, Wiltshire, was incredibly rural but the views beyond the rustic haybale seating, under blue skies and wispy white clouds made it feel a particularly lovely place to be.ย Especially considering that this was in October (2023).
Sutton Benger in Wiltshire hosts a number of events, activities and points of historical interest including the Littlecote Roman Villa.
