Welcome to the Ultimate Hog Roast, Carvery and BBQ. Our team, with over 30 years experience in the catering industry have provided bespoke and standard menus to a wide variety of events from smaller, intimate occasions to larger functions and gatherings from 25 to 5000. Hog roasts, in particular, are great if you are expecting a large number of guests as 40-50kg hog will feed approximately 100-150 people. We also offer a range of salads, stuffing, sauce and roasted vegetables turning the meal into a gourmet hog roast event. Â
All of our salads are homemade by us and can be adapted to suit any dietary requirements.
Yes, this might be a hog roast page, but we also offer roast beef, chicken and lamb and cater for other dietary requirements such as vegan, vegetarian or any more complex dietary needs. We are committed to using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce whenever possible.

Hog Roast Packages
We offer a range of popular “hog toast” packages. If you have any special requirements or dietary needs please call us.
1: Traditional Hog Roast Package
This is a fully catered package with our experienced hog roast chef(s) will deliver everything needed, and cook and carve your pig along with delicious, crispy crackling. With our standard hog roast package we include the following:
- Freshly baked rolls
- Stuffing
- Condiments: apple sauce, tomato sauce, brown sauce, mayonnaise, and mustard.
We use high-quality, eco-friendly plates, napkins and cutlery.

2. Additional Sides
Enhance your hog roast or carvery by choosing from our selection of freshly prepared salads ana potatoes. You may choose from the following options, priced at £40-60 each.
- Green salad
- Coleslaw
- Potato salad
- Greek salad
- Pasta salad
- Couscous
- Tomato and mozzarella salad
- Hot buttered new potatoes
- Garlic and rosemary roasted potatoes

3. Lamb Roast Package
Our succulent lamb roasts can be cooked in a traditional British style or, if you would like to be a bit more exotic, we also offer Caribbean and Mongolian options using a variety of herbs and spices. Please phone for availability and pricing. The price of lamb fluctuates with the season. We will deliver, cook, and carve your lamb roast meaning more time for you to spend with your guests. With our lamb roast package we include the following:
- Freshly baked rolls, pitta bread, or a selection of both
- Mint sauce
- Mint jelly
- Cranberry sauce
- All other standard condiments
We serve the lamb roast using high-quality, eco-friendly, plates, cutlery, and napkins.

4. Spit Roasted Carvery Package
If you are expecting a lot of guests with different tastes, or simply want to offer a choice then how about choosing our carvery package. As part of the package we will deliver, cook, carve, and serve the food to your guests. Choose 2 or 3 meats from beef, lamb, pork, turkey, and chicken. The price is roughly £20-25 per head and includes selection of freshly roasted veg, a choice of potatoes and traditional condiments.
Our ultimate spit roasted meal is a very popular option, especially when served with roasted vegetables, homemade gravy, and Yorkshire puddings if you would like.

5. BBQ Package
BBQs are always popular in summer, especially when catering for a large number of people. Your guests will enjoy trying one of those, and a bit of that, from a selection of different barbequed meats. You can choose from:
- Steak
- Chicken
- Chicken or lamb kebabs
- 100% steak burgers
- Pork and apple burgers
- Lamb koftas
We are happy to accommodate any other meat requirements. Where possible, all of our BBQ meats are free range and sourced locally, delivering the highest quality produce and plenty of seasonal flavour.
We also provide freshly-baked rolls, sauces and condiments.
As a rough guide, our BBQ package costs £15-25, depending on meat choices and seasonal availability.

6. Vegetarian BBQ Package
We are proud to offer a vegetarian BBQ package that will include:
- Vegetarian sausages
- Vegetarian burgers
- Stuffed portobello mushrooms
- Butternut squash tagine
This package costs £18 per head and includes a selection of vegetarian friendly salads.
7. DIY Pig Roast
If you will already have confident chefs on hand then we offer a do-it-yourself package. Delivered to your door will, with everything you need to cook your hog yourself. Our experienced hog roast chef will demonstrate how to cook your meat to perfection.
8. Desserts
A glorious feast is perfectly topped off with a selection of deserts All of our desserts are freshly homemade and serve 12 people. You may choose from:
- Lemon tart
- Sticky toffee pudding
- Death by chocolate cake
- Cheesecake (lemon or strawberry)
- Eaton mess (popular in Summer)
- Chocolate brownies
Deserts work out around £8 per head.
Common Questions
Pigs come in different sizes but, as a guide, a 40-50kg hog will feed roughly 100-150 people.Â
We also offer different roast or BBQed meats that can feed a different numbers people. A 20kg lamb will feed approximately 40 people, for example. We can cook multiple meats and provide more than one roaster if required.
The addition of salads or vegetables will ensure that your guests will be well fed.
We get inspected and rated just like any restaurant or other food preparation environment. We are proud to say that we have a level 5 (very good) food hygiene rating. A photograph of our badge can be found at the end of this page.
Yes. Our recyclable cutlery and plates are free. Regular china, crockery, cutlery and tablecloths can be supplied at additional cost.Â
Our standard hog roast package is available from £1025 but we also have BBQ packages and can do other meats, vegetarian, and vegan option and provide a variety of salads and vegetables. It all depends how many people you are feeding, the type of event and even the weather (for salads or roast veg choices).  Please see our list of packages above to get a better idea of pig roast prices.

It is not unusual for us to provide a bar and a hog roast combination to events around the country including London and Birmingham.
